Corporate Seminars
Xtreme Xhibiting Half Day Session Our half day exhibit staff training program consists of a three hour presentation by Fred Fox, Executive Director of the Institute. The seminar covers all the necessary steps for your booth staff to maximize their performance at shows. Over the last twenty-five years, Fred has presented both private and public sector seminars to thousands of exhibitors coast-to-coast in both the United States and Canada, and overseas in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. The role of the booth staff is put into proper perspective and a focus is put on attitude, etiquette and the proper sales techniques and strategies necessary to achieve the companies objectives. Fred presents his unique philosophy on exhibitor education and the results have always been dramatic. Companies are able to 'field' a team of booth personnel that have a keen sense of what is expected of them and how important their role is in the achievement of their companies exhibit goals. The specific topics we will cover include:
Each participant will be supplied with a Participant's Workbook. This program can be presented at your company's annual sales meeting, at your location or on-site prior to your show. If more appropriate, we can arrange meeting facilities available through our network across North America, the United Kingdom and Western Europe. Full Day Session The full day program breaks into two components; the first is the presentation of the half day seminar described in the previous section. The second component adds a comprehensive exhibit program development section, during which the class and the facilitator work together to develop the exhibit program for the organization. As a group, they will determine the exhibiting objectives, outline a profile of their 'ideal' prospect and develop a qualifying script designed to 'uncover' that prospect. Each member of your exhibit staff will receive a Participant's Workbook which they will use during the program and keep as a valuable reference source. This is truly a hands-on program resulting in your exhibit staff hitting the floor totally prepared to maximize their roles of maintaining present client contact, qualifying new prospects for future follow-up and enhancing the image of your organization. |
